I believe Karpov is still playing, but not much. I think he plays mostly rapid/action chess.

Whether or not Karpov is still on the "official" top 100 list is irrelevant: he remains one of the greatest chess masters of the 20th century.

it sais he dsnt play any competative chess anymore so y is he still in the world top 100??
