About Me:
I am well on my way up the chess ladder! I have improved greatly over the past few months. I look forward to becoming a great chess player one day. I have a few other hobbies that are important to me as well. Chess has taken over as my main hobby over the past year, but I still enjoy photography, filmmaking, aviation, bible study, languages, computers, writing, and my dog! :) Lately, I have been practicing HTML (creating websites). I've had a blast writing in my blog too; I am the administrator of the Music Lovers group here on Chess.com. I live in rural Wisconsin, and am the chairman of a new chess club in the area. It's really taking off! I am looking forward to becoming a very good player one day. I love chess because it never gets boring. I can play a thousand games, and every one is different. Chess is a wonderful brain training tool. I have noticed that after taking up chess, I began to look at the world a little bit differently. I enjoy the English, and I am an expert on the Ruy Lopez.
