4. Bb5?  why would you give your opponent an extra tempo?

I agree with magikstone, playing Bb5 was dangerous to your game.  In the end, you missed some Knight and Bishop tactics, and did not develop properly.  Watch out for the sneaky tactics, and you should see some improvement.
