I guess this is the best that can be made of this puzzle. Question: if you are black, will you accept a draw or take a risk and go for it without your queen?

If I were black i did 2...Qf7.

I think it would end up as a draw anyway, simply because the white king can move back and forth on the black squares, completely untouched.

I could be wrong, though. I haven't analyzed it or anything.

Indeed, you are correct.  When the bishop is the opposite color of the queening square in a KPB vs K endgame, and the pawn is a rook pawn, the losing side can draw.

  i got in 30 secs. no joke. stale mate.1. Ne6+.....Bxe6.....2.Rf2....if the Q capture the rook stalemate or draw. if ever the black dont capture the rook
