Game: Stupid punk kicking people
RedSoxpawn vs. owenscowens
1-0
My personal thoughts:
7. ...Nxe4?????? this is really bad for owenscowens; redsox just responds with
8. Qxe4
9...Be6 Interposing the bishop only ends up with a loss of one pawn for owenscowens
12...Nd7??? What is this...another stupid blunder which results in a loss of one knight?
16...Re7 was another blunder...0_o
17...d5 was a mistake. it just results in checkmate. owenscowens should have responded with Qc6, preventing the checkmate threat. There, redsoxpawn could go Qd8, and owenscowens could do Kf7, which only results in RedSoxpawn taking the rook at h8. It's better to just sacrifice the rook rather than risking checkmate. (therefore, things could just be a little notch more difficult for RedSoxpawn <_<)
Don't hang pieces.
Do you know this players well? It's fine to analyze a game but it's most polite to remove the players' names and refer to them as black and white or player 1 and 2. I'm sure it's fine though; just a not for the future.
White
5. Qe2Nxe5 looks better. If black responds with 5... f6, neither side looks good for castling.6. Bd5Take the free pawn (Nxe5) and threaten to bounce over to Nxf7. Doing so would get you the rook on h8 or push black's g8 knight to h6. Alternatively, after Nxe5, you might be able to follow up with a Bxf7+. That's a two-for-one castle destroyer.7. Nxe5Yay!!!8. Qxe4Boo!!! hehe Even though you can't get the rook, you could have set up the castle destroying check (Bxf7+). After that, you could take the horse, if nothing as awesome was afforded.9. Ng4+Check this out, Nxf7+ would have given you the discovered check and the free rook.
Or 9 Nc4+ winning the queen.
yeah i do know them well
9... Nc4+ would win the queen

Oh, wow. Nice upgrade. heh
8. Nc4+ would takes black's queen as stated before. Thats the most important move in the early game in my opinion.
Thanks for the analysis but why this game
I guess maybe it's just because owenscowens lost it so briefly and she made tons of blunders. I couldn't believe it, so I came here to post. What a waste of a post.
And gauss1181 wanted to analyse a chess game so he thought this would be a potential one for you and owenscowens to improve at chess.
I have about 50 more against her that could use analyzing
why? is it because her moves are bad enough (no offense owens) worth analyzing and me to go more emo and laugh along with bobby? or what?
oh and one more thing:
don't ask me why i put so many emoticons in this post!
and don't ask me why i made this post so long
what was the point of this?

That's a toughie...
to teach owenscowens not to make her mistakes, and with redsoxpawn improving? thats rather obvious
If you know these people well, why not email them with your thoughts/suggestions rather than resorting to a third-party (and for the rest of us largely irrelevant) resource like this post?
I guess it's just for further feedback, cuz I'm not quite an excellent enough chess player so I just thought it would be better to have the more experienced ones look at the game too.
Maybe it would be more constructive to study with them, exclusively, prior to presenting any related games for open analysis. Aside from that consideration, you may also take up photray94's suggestion to remove usernames, to allow them to disassociate any personal feelings from the critical feedback offered.
