no Kc5 you invite check for black, b3 is Zook-swang? that is also allowed but it seems like a winning move is the rook. that is the wining also.

nope.. a king move by white prevents the mate in two since Nf7 will prolong the game.. white will still win but it will take longer

Ra-d7+ seems like a winner to me: kill the knight and finish the game...
