Attention all Chess.com community members interested in college football, fantasy football, and the NFL:  The football season is upon us, and we have started something in the College Football Group called Fantasy Football: Past & Present.

Fantasy Football: Past & Present looks at only one statistic – the score.  Each week we look at how many combined points were scored by our favorite college football teams and their NFL alumni.

The actual college games don’t start for another 2 weeks, so the following scores are based entirely on Alumni scoring in the NFL Pre-Season Week 2 (8/14-8/18):

Michigan State is obviously reigning supreme this week:  7 points ahead of 2^nd place.  Do we have any Spartans in the house?   Who's your favorite college team?  Show your school spirit here!

Ohio State

Sorry I've been so busy lately.  I started compiling the new scores, but they're on my other computer, and I'm out of town, so I can't post them yet.  I hope to have it all updated soon.  So far tho, Ohio State is winning hands down - both past AND present.
